• Buy/read tons of maps and travel books (check)
• Get theatre tickets (check)
• Ask anyone who has ever set foot in London for suggestions on what to do while there (check)
• Make a list of said suggestions (check)
  
• Exchange dollars for pounds (check)
• Arrange for car to meet us at the airport (check)
• Frantically rummage through my mess of a house to find my passport (check)
• Make lots of piles of things to bring to London (check)
• Accidentally mix London piles in with other piles during a nutty unpacking/cleaning phase (check)
• Do laundry (check)
  
• Pack (check-ish)
• Get super excited about going to London (CHECK!)
